Before moving to the mat, we’ll converse about your concerns, needs, and aspirations surrounding all facets of your health. After meditating on the information you choose to provide, I will design a custom plan for us to work through together in-person or over zoom, as well as for you to implement at home. My intention is to fuel you with concrete resources and practices that will empower you to self-heal and flourish.

Yoga flows adapted to your needs that incorporate a blend of yin, restorative, and power vinyasa postures.

Traditional yoga breath techniques and breathwork developed by neuroscientists to calm or activate your nervous system, depending on your needs.

Guided Meditation — use of imagery, body scanning, energy and breath visualizations to help you arrive at a highly conscious state of awareness.
Yoga Nidra — yogic sleep, a guided meditation designed to shift your body, mind, and spirit into a deeply relaxed state while remaining awake. Because you enter the delta brainwave state when practicing, 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep.

Organic and repetitive body movements release muscular tension and support the liberation of stuck emotions. This practice asks you to forgo concerns about your appearance to prioritize sensation and how your body feels. As long as you are moving mindfully, you are practicing embodied movement! Some of the tools I find beneficial to incorporate include shaking, tapping, dancing, and basic motions executed with different energy efforts and intentions.

Acupressure — the application of pressure by the fingertips on specific points to open the energy pathways of the body. Acupressure can assist with stress management and help relieve physical and emotional chronic pain.
Self-Massage — lymphatic drainage and release techniques for the stomach, feet, and hips.

Reiki Healing
It is the universal energy that flows through all beings and things. Originating from Japan, the Reiki system facilitates the opening and strengthening of the body's energy channels. During palm healing sessions, I either place my hands on or float them above various parts of a person's body while meditating on the five precepts of Reiki, called Gokai:

These principles do not encourage the suppression of fear and anger. Instead, they describe our original state, which is free from fear and anger and abundant with gratitude, honesty, and compassion.
To reconnect with our natural essence, all emotions must be honored, especially the shadow emotions of sadness, anger/rage, anxiety, shame, and disgust. In most Reiki sessions, my clients experience deep relaxation, though occasionally, strong emotions arise. When this occurs, I guide them through allowing and feeling their emotions without judgment. This process helps release pain and trauma from the body and provides a visceral understanding of our inherent wholeness.
At its core, Reiki teaches that we already possess within us everything that we seek — it is a pathway to healing.
